This way two benefits for the EU community are extracted:
First, it raises the competitiveness of its citizens, by making them more qualified to respond to their local cities’ necessities in terms of urban regeneration, and helping low-qualified adults to fit to the labour market needs.
Second, it also helps its cities by creating the specific mind model in its citizens that will allow the future refurbishing of historic and traditional buildings that have been left aside for a long period of time.
The project is targeting directly two profiles:
- Low-qualified adults
- Educators in Urban regeneration, Entrepreneurship and Creative industries
These two groups will be directly involved in project activities: they will take part in the training (piloting the training package) and they will be invited to join the community on the e-learning platform.
